Criteria

Financing mandates for real estate portfolios and single assets (commitment fee)

Minimum financing volume of 15m EUR up to 500m EUR

Senior debt (strong tenant base is required) or junior debt (except for new developments).

Senior debt financing can be used for new development, an acquisition, or existing properties in the top cities in the DACH region or selected EU countries.

Financing is provided in EUR, with terms of up to 10 years and fixed or floating rate. (No syndicated loans)

For developments, construction approval has to be granted
